Before She Forgets, Keep Her Voice

Memories fade. Her voice doesn't.

Have you ever asked your mother the same question twice, and only the second time realized you'd never actually heard the whole story?

Or sat with your father as he trailed off mid-sentence, saying he doesn't remember that part as clearly anymore.

Memory fades. Sometimes just with age. Sometimes because of dementia, or Alzheimer's. Either way, these stories don't wait for a convenient time.

It's not that you don't care. No one ever taught us how to actually keep these stories, properly, before they're gone.

What we do is simple. Using WhatsApp, the app they already know, they follow our guided questions and record their voice at home, whenever they have a spare moment. No meeting to schedule, no stranger in the room.

They don't need to write anything. We give them every question and every prompt they need. You just share the link with them. We turn what they record into a book.

"There's a flat now. Will you marry me?"

In one of the books we made, scan the code next to that line and you hear her, in her own voice, telling you exactly how it happened.

Want to see a real book, or just talk it through? WhatsApp us, whenever you have time. No rush.

Let's talk. No decision needed today.
