你嘅名、電話、電郵；你屋企長輩嘅語音錄音同相片；落單嗰陣嘅送貨地址。如果你瀏覽呢個網站或者用我哋個錄音平台，我哋會記錄基本瀏覽數據（例如睇咗邊版、用緊咩裝置），唔會記錄你嘅錄音內容。如果你留低 email 訂閱，我哋仲會記低你同意嗰一刻嘅紀錄，詳情喺下面「你嘅同意」嗰段逐項列咗出嚟。
呢度分兩樣嘢講，因為佢哋唔同級數，唔應該撈埋一齊。
錄音、相片、同你屋企人講過嘅嘢：淨係用嚟整返你嗰本書。轉錄、排版、印刷、同埋每句金句嘅QR聲音連結。唔會攞去做宣傳，唔會賣，唔會分享畀第三方。
你留低嘅 email：用嚟寫信畀你。新書、工作室嘅消息，同埋節日前提你一聲，好似母親節、父親節、農曆新年呢啲送書嘅日子。我哋唔會賣你個 email，唔會租，唔會交畀任何人做廣告。想停，覆封email或者WhatsApp話我哋知，一句就得，唔使解釋。
你喺網站留低 email 嗰陣，我哋會連埋下面呢啲一齊記低。唔係為咗跟蹤你，係為咗第日有人問起（包括你自己），我哋答得出你當時究竟同意咗乜：
呢份紀錄淨係用嚟證明呢件事發生過。唔會攞去做廣告，唔會攞去分析，亦唔會同其他資料夾埋一齊。你叫我哋刪 email 嗰陣，呢份紀錄一齊刪，唔會留底。
我哋改條款嘅時候，舊版本會原封不動咁留住。你當年睇到嘅係邊個版本，你就係同意咗嗰個版本，唔會因為我哋今日改咗字而變。
整一本書要用到幾間公司嘅工具。我哋唔覺得應該收埋，所以逐個列出嚟：
呢個網站用 Google Analytics，佢會喺你部機放低 cookie（_ga 同 _ga_*），用嚟分開「同一個人返嚟第二次」同「兩個唔同人」。裡面冇你個名，冇你個 email，亦冇任何我哋認得出你嘅嘢。
唔想要就唔要：瀏覽器嘅設定可以封鎖 cookie，或者裝個廣告攔截器，網站照用得，冇任何功能會壞。喺呢個網站，我哋冇落廣告像素，冇 Facebook pixel，冇 remarketing，亦冇任何跨網站追蹤。
要講清楚一樣嘢：cookie 認唔到你係邊個。佢淨係話畀我哋知有幾多人睇過邊一版。單靠 cookie 或者 IP，我哋唔會、亦冇可能拎到你個 email 地址。我哋唯一有你 email 嘅方法，就係你自己打咗出嚟。
所有付款經 Stripe 處理。我哋收到嘅係「邊張單畀咗錢」，唔係你張卡。
得你屋企人同負責整書嘅人睇到。QR聲音連結有隨機唔估到嘅ID同短期密碼保護，亦唔會俾搜尋器收錄，所以一個陌生人係搵唔到、抄唔到佢把聲。
本書出咗之後，錄音同檔案會繼續放喺我哋部伺服器度，因為咁先keep到啲QR用得：你屋企人掃一掃就聽返把聲，本書仲喺度就一直掃得到。同時亦方便日後加印，亦因為呢啲嘢冇得再錄一次。冇死線，永遠都唔會有。你交畀我哋嘅嘢，唔會過咗幾年就自己唔見咗。
你亦可以隨時download返啲原聲檔案，唔使畀錢，唔使解釋原因。嗰份copy係你嘅，你屋企人手上有返自己嗰份，唔使靠我哋仲喺唔喺度。
刪除只會由你嗰邊開始。你隨時可以叫我哋喺伺服器上面刪除，WhatsApp或者email話我哋知就得，我哋七日內處理完再覆返你確認。你想要多一份原聲檔案，隨時開聲都得。
我哋唔會因為你靜咗就刪走你屋企人把聲，搵你唔到唔等於你做咗決定。就算你以後唔再幫襯，錄音一樣係你哋嘅。
呢個問題我哋唔會避。錄音永遠係你哋屋企人嘅，三個選擇由你哋話事：交畀你哋指定嘅家人、繼續由我哋加密保管、或者全部永久刪除。你幾時決定都得，唔決定我哋就繼續保管住。
我哋唔會攞你屋企人嘅錄音、文字或者相片去訓練任何 AI 模型，我哋自己冇訓練過模型，亦唔會攞嚟改善任何模型。錄音只係經語音轉文字服務轉成文字稿，之後由人手編輯成章節。呢一點對我哋嚟講唔係技術問題，係底線。
文字、錄音同相片全部係你哋屋企嘅，唔係我哋嘅。冇你書面同意，一個字、一秒聲、一張相都唔會出現喺任何宣傳、社交媒體、網站或者作品集上面。
我哋做示範用嘅書，主角同把聲都係我哋自己屋企人，就係為咗唔使掂到客人嘅嘢。
我哋唔會攞人哋屋企嘅私隱嚟講笑。凡係我哋唔想有人對自己屋企人做嘅嘢，我哋都唔會做。
任何同私隱有關嘅嘢，包括你想睇返我哋手上有你啲乜、想改、想刪，或者想攞返你嗰份同意紀錄：
想有白紙黑字就 email，想快啲有人覆就 WhatsApp。根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權要求查閱同改正自己嘅資料。唔使咩特別格式，唔使寫到好official，你講你想點，我哋照做，七日內處理完再覆返你確認。
Your name, phone, email. Your family elder's voice recordings and photos. Your delivery address when you order. If you browse this site or use our recording platform, we log basic visit data (which pages, what device), never the content of your recordings. If you subscribe with your email, we also keep a record of that moment of consent, itemised under "Your consent" below.
Two different things, kept apart on purpose, because they are not on the same level and should never be treated as if they were.
The recordings, the photographs, and what your family said: only to make your book. Transcription, layout, printing, and the voice QR beside each quote. None of it is used for promotion, sold, or shared with a third party.
The email address you leave us: to write to you. New books, news from the studio, and a reminder before the days a book gets given, like Mother's Day, Father's Day or Lunar New Year. We do not sell your address, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising. To stop, reply to any email or message us on WhatsApp. One line is enough, and we won't ask why.
When you leave your email on this site, we store the following alongside it. Not to track you, but so that if anyone ever asks, yourself included, we can say exactly what you agreed to:
This record exists to prove the thing happened. It is never used for advertising, never used for analytics, and never joined to anything else. When you ask us to delete your email, this record goes with it.
When we change the wording, old versions are kept untouched rather than rewritten. The version you saw is the version you agreed to, and editing today's sentence does not retroactively change what you were told.
Making a book takes a few companies' tools. We don't think that should be buried, so here is the list:
This site runs Google Analytics, which sets cookies on your device (_ga and _ga_*). They exist to tell "the same person coming back" apart from "two different people". They hold no name, no email address, and nothing that identifies you to us.
If you would rather not: block cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker. The site works exactly the same and nothing breaks. On this site we run no advertising pixels, no Facebook pixel, no remarketing tags, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
One thing worth saying plainly: a cookie cannot tell us who you are. It tells us how many people read which page. From a cookie or an IP address alone we do not, and could not, obtain your email address. The only way we have your email is that you typed it in yourself.
All payments go through Stripe. What reaches us is which order was paid, never your card.
Only your family and the people making your book. Voice QR links use a random, unguessable ID and a short-lived signed token, and they are not indexed by search engines, so a stranger cannot find or scrape their voice.
After your book ships the recordings and files stay on our servers, because that is what keeps the QR codes working: your family scans a quote and hears the voice, for as long as there is a book to scan. It also means you can order reprints later, and none of this can ever be recorded again anyway. There is no expiry date on them, and there never will be. Nothing you give us quietly disappears after some number of years.
You can also download the original recordings whenever you want, free, without giving a reason. That copy is yours to keep, so your family holds its own and does not depend on us still being here.
Deletion only ever runs one way, from you to us. You can ask us to delete anything from our servers at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and it is done within seven days, and we write back to confirm. If you want another copy of the original audio, just ask.
We will not delete your family's voice because you went quiet: not being able to reach you is not a decision you made. Even if you never order from us again, the recordings are still your family's.
We won't dodge this one. The recordings belong to your family, permanently, and the three choices are yours: hand them to a family member you name, leave them encrypted with us, or delete everything for good. Decide whenever you're ready. Until you do, we keep them safe.
We do not use your family's recordings, text or photographs to train any AI model. We have never trained a model, and we do not use your material to improve one. The audio passes through a speech-to-text service to produce a written draft, and a person edits it into chapters from there. This isn't a technical detail for us, it's a line we don't cross.
The text, the recordings and the photographs belong to your family, not to us. Without your written permission, not one line, one second of audio or one photograph appears in any promotion, on social media, on this website or in a portfolio.
The books we use for demonstrations are our own family, recorded by our own family, precisely so we never have to touch a client's material.
We don't treat other families' private lives as material. We won't do anything to yours that we wouldn't want done to our own.
For anything privacy related, including asking to see what we hold on you, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy of your consent record:
Email if you want it in writing, WhatsApp if you want it answered sooner. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to request access to your data and to correct it. There is no particular form of words to use and nothing needs to sound official: tell us what you want, and we do it within seven days and write back to confirm.
